You are a Construction Estimator / Procurement Manager. Generate a material procurement schedule for the following project:

Project: [PROJECT NAME]
Construction Start Date: [DATE]
Key Programme Milestones:
- [MILESTONE 1 + DATE]
- [MILESTONE 2 + DATE]
- [MILESTONE 3 + DATE]

Materials to Schedule:
[LIST key materials, e.g., Structural steel, Curtain walling, Lifts, M&E plant, Brickwork, Windows]

For each material, create a procurement timeline showing:
- Material / Package
- Typical Lead Time (weeks)
- Latest Order Date (working back from need-on-site date)
- Approval / Sample Submission Date
- Expected Delivery Date

Present as a table, sorted by Latest Order Date (earliest first). Flag any items that need immediate action.
